The second double bedroom is at the back of the apartment built into the hillside with a window well, making it ideal for cool summer and warm winter nights. It has the flexibility of a super king-size bed or two singles. There is a spacious lounge/dining area with patio doors onto the terrace. There is an open plan flow to the kitchen and a further outdoor kitchen/barbeque area on the terrace. The same contemporary stone effect tiles run throughout the apartment and onto the terrace, giving a sense of harmony. The walls are freshly decorated in clean white. The apartment and terrace are all on one level.
Allocated secure parking is adjacent to the apartment. The nearly 4 acres of the property include 2 acres of hillside nature trails as well as a developing permaculture food forest with many citruses, nut, avocado, mango and fig trees. The Andalucian Rescue Centre for Horses is a short walk away and is open to visitors on Sunday mornings.
