The house has four bedrooms that are distributed over two floors and several levels as follows:

On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a living room, a kitchen and a toilet which are accessed by going down stairs.

Downstairs there are two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a small living room and a bathroom with a bathtub. As in the upper floor, this floor also allows access to a lower level where there is an independent study with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a wonderful cinema room.

Outside, in addition to the large terrace, you can also enjoy the Jacuzzi and a swimming pool that is heated by means of a heat pump that allows the temperature to rise, although it will always depend on the ambient temperature at that time.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find a hot tub, a terrace, and barbecue grills. This villa also features a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
