Bedroom Access

Bedrooms are prepared based on the number of guests booked to ensure the best pricing and our thoughtful preparation of the space. Guests may choose which bedroom(s) they would like to use from the number of rooms included in their reservation. If your guest count changes, please update your reservation accordingly, so we can open additional rooms and prepare the space for your stay.

3 Spacious Bedrooms –

Bedroom #1: The Old Farmhouse Room – an expansive suite featuring a king bed and a queen 3-cushion sleeper sofa, designed for both comfort and charm. If you need to work during your stay, this room is equipped with a desk, chair, and power strip.

Bedroom #2: The Birch Room – another spacious retreat, complete with a king bed, a three-cushion sofa, and a calming birch tree-themed canvas. This room offers a well-lit desk, chair and power strip.

Bedroom #3: The Willow Room – a cozy hideaway with a queen bed and 3-cushion sofa, overlooking two graceful willow trees along the river. Sun-filled corner windows provide beautiful natural light and a comfortable workspace with a desk, chair and power strip.

All our beds offer new, luxurious bedding that includes a duvet and cozy blankets. Settle in during your stay with large closets, a dresser, and nightstands with touch sensor lighting, and USB ports.

Luxury Bathroom – featuring double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub for ultimate relaxation.

Chef’s Kitchen – brand new with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, ample storage, and fully stocked with top brand names for cooking or entertaining.

Guests enjoy a private, gated entrance with an access code provided before arrival, along with two dedicated parking spaces exclusively for the guesthouse. A well-lit, step-free walkway leads directly to the entrance for easy access. Before arrival, we ask that guests confirm their guest count and preferred bedroom setup in the reservation so we can thoughtfully prepare the space for their stay.

You’ll have the entire daylight basement guesthouse to yourself, offering complete comfort and privacy throughout your visit. Bedroom access is prepared based on the number of guests on the reservation, and guests may choose which bedroom(s) they’d like to use within the rooms opened for their stay. Inside, enjoy comfortable living spaces and a guest-favorite bar area, ready for relaxed mornings or evenings in.

Step outside to your exclusive covered patio with cushioned seating, a fire table, and sweeping views of the Little Spokane River. Just beyond the patio, a short set of steps leads to a second outdoor seating area with a built-in firepit—perfect for cozy evenings overlooking the river and surrounding meadows.

The guesthouse is pet-free and smoke-free. For the comfort of all guests, smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property, and pets are not allowed due to allergy considerations.
