Room door was open and being cleaned after walking in it after checking in, and had to switch rooms as a result. The delay caused my toddler to poop his pants as we were in a rush. Then we couldn’t take a bath because the bath drain was broken and wouldn’t shut, luckily we had a second room and that worked. Upon going back out to the car to get our luggage, I almost slipped and fell as the staff clearly moped the floor without putting up a sign. Minutes later I went to the vending machines to find it flooded and had to tell the front desk. That evening we went to swim, and found all the windows open in the indoor pool, making the room insanely hot since it was nearly 100 degrees outside. It was an embarrassing visit to my first Comfort Inn ever, like a sitcom level of bad hotel. I would never go back to any location after my joke of a stay. Like a bad dream.

While some areas around the property was dirty, overall was clean. No staff at the front counter upon arrival. Had to wait about 15 minutes. When they did arrive, they would not honor the website price. I stated that i would go out and do on website and she stated ok do as you please. She had a hard time pulling up my reservation after about another 15 minutes.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

This hotel is well run, quiet, clean and comfortable. We noticed the refrigerator wasn't working and they immediately moved us. Its very quiet. Their breakfast dining room is very clean and organized. The breakfast sausages are better than all the other Comfort Inns weve stayed in.
