The filter on the Heater/AC was VERY dirty. I took it outside to shake it out and then washed it out. For people with allergies this is very important.

Very run down fixtures and water stained furniture. The 1960's sink was weirdly low and drain was corroded. The shower drain was too. The toilet was not attached to the floor and rocked around dangerously. The a/c heater filter was nasty.

We will definitely stay again.

We stopped for the night. We got there after 11:00 pm and we were greeted like we were getting there in the afternoon. The hostess was wonderful and explained everything very well. The room while a little dated was clean and we have no complaints. The hotel has a ma and pa feel and we loved it. The hot breakfast bar with some made from scratch items on it rivals any big hotel chain. We will be back.

Great place for overnight stay

There is always someone here to greet me every time I come in super late! And they are super friendly, always smiling. Beds are comfy. It’s quiet out there. And they’re pet friendly! Will continue to stay here on my cross KS travels :)

KC to COS favorite.

This hotel is comfortable and very cozy. Loved the personal touch at breakfast … much better than the typical chain travelers hotel. The exterior is a bit run down but the room interior made up for it!

Go for the breakfast

The room itself was clean but the door lock didn’t work well, the walls are painted concrete blocks. The towel I used had holes in it, the sink had no stopper. This was not worth the price and I was wondering about the quality of the ratings on Hotels.com The breakfast however was delicious, well prepared in a cute little dining room.
