The staff at check in and breakfast were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. The pillows are small and uncomfortable but other than that no complaints on the room. The pool is pretty small but my kids still enjoyed it.

Staff was very friendly, however this site is running on bare minimum and there don’t appear to be quality control checks in the cleanliness of rooms. Floors were very sticky and slick. Smelled like vinegar and dish soap was used on tile. Marks all over the walls. Looked like someone threw up behind the room door. Carpets were vacuumed with someone’s eyes rather than an actual vacuum cleaner. Bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean. Bed cover had some dirt marks on it. Bed spring cover had what appears to be bodily fluid. Hotel needs an overall good scrub from front desk into elevators. Dining room was remarkably clean and well staffed. I could care less if the hotel is outdated, there is no excuse for dirty.
