Family friendly cottage in famous picturesque village - Dedham's Old Post Office
The Old Post Office sits in the heart of a village, famed for its picturesque charm and being the epicentre of Countable Country and the beautiful Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Built around 1650, extended over the centuries, and with a recent modernisation, it makes for an appealing mix of architectural styles including original wooden beams. With five large bedrooms and multiple living rooms, it offers plenty of space to relax and is ideal for family gatherings. The Old Post Office is just steps away from the village’s delights including great pubs, a café, a famous tea room, a local butcher, craft shops, a museum, and an impressive church. In the surrounding countryside, there is a plethora of activities from boating, paddleboarding, walking or just soaking up the landscape that inspired John Constable, probably England’s most renowned artist.
