The unit has been recently renovated and has a very modern look and feel to it.The living space is open concept and comprises the living room kitchen and dining nook.The kitchen has all you need to prepare at home meals and is seperated from the living room by a large bar. The unit is also located on the third floor and please be advised that the buildings on the complex do not have a elevator.

The unit is situated in a gated complex, on the banks of the Lagoon, in Cole Bay. There is 24 hour onsite security cameras for safety. The complex is also gated and has onsite parking withing the complex walls.

Everything in the unit was good, the kitchen had appropriate utensils and equipment. The bed was good, pillows could have been a bit better. The window coverings could use a bit of refresh. Only dislike was having to drag my suit case up 3 flights of stairs. The Condo area we were in was very quiet the people very friendly. Overall a very good stay

Great location, fully equipped.

Everything we needed, gated location with full kitchen and laundry. Comfortable bed and 2 AC units at property. 5 stars! Would highly recommend!

Disappointment no AÇ/electricity for hours. Try reaching out to the host. Never returned Thirdfloor.

Poor would not recommend this property. Needs someone to manage it properly. Should not be rented until the power is working.

overall it was to my liking all that I researched about this property was actually real and that was a two thumbs up 👍 🙌 for my husband and I. The beach was beautiful as well as the entire house for me . I must admit the taxi from SXM airport was a tiny bit complicated but not much God is Good All the timr me get through. I have already passed on the info to a dear friend coming in next month Praying 🙏 all is well. 🙏 🙏 🙏

Comfortable

The property was cozy, comfortable, efficient and cute🙂. The property was a little difficult to get to. But we had the owner on the phone and she guided us right to it. After that it was not difficult at all. The only downfall for us,were the stairs. Pulling luggage up 3flights did not go well for my back. But all in all we enjoyed our stay.
