The house sleeps 25 guests in 11 ensuite bedrooms, each warm, spacious, and well-equipped, most with TVs. Communal spaces include a large dining room seating everyone together, two lounges, and a games room with a slate bed pool table. The fully fitted Chef’s kitchen makes catering for large groups easy, whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or a celebratory feast. On the ground floor, you’ll find a double ensuite and a twin with an adjacent bathroom. Outdoors, enjoy the furnished patio with heaters, a barbecue, and a covered hot tub for relaxing after a day’s adventures. With off-road parking for eight vehicles, two pet-friendly spots, and an EV charger, the property blends convenience with charm. Note: Price includes utilities, linens, towels, and final cleaning. Max 25 guests plus 2 infants; no extra visitors without approval. Up to 2 pets allowed (£50 each). Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. No stag groups, fireworks, or outdoor music. Hot tub use 9am–10pm only. Guests liable for damage or extra cleaning.Do not charge an electric car without the owner's permission. Unauthorized charging results in a £50 bond deduction.
