Set over two generous levels, the home has been thoughtfully designed to provide plenty of space for everyone to relax. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living areas, there's ample room to gather together or retreat for some quiet time after a day of adventure.



The light-filled upper living area opens onto an expansive deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful coastal outlook or settle in with a glass of Tasmanian wine as the sun sets behind the Hazards. Downstairs, the sheltered BBQ area creates another welcoming space for relaxed outdoor dining, while the fully fenced backyard offers room for children and pets to enjoy.



The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a casual breakfast to a family feast, making entertaining easy throughout your stay. During the cooler months, the wood fire adds warmth and ambience, creating the perfect place to unwind after exploring Freycinet (available for use from May to September).



The Lookout comfortably accommodates larger groups across four well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom includes a double bed with a single bunk above, the third bedroom offers a double bed, and the fourth bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds, providing flexible accommodation for families and groups.



Ideally located in the heart of Coles Bay, you're just a short stroll from Richardson's Beach, local cafés, the tavern, shops and the Wineglass Bay Cruises departure point. Freycinet National Park is only minutes away, placing world-famous walking trails, secluded beaches and breathtaking coastal scenery right at your fingertips.



Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the generous off-street parking with drive-through access, making it easy to park boats and trailers without reversing or complicated manoeuvring and the Coles Bay boat ramp is only a two-minute drive from the property. A porta cot and highchair are also available upon request for guests travelling with young children.



Pet Friendly - Your four-legged family members are welcome to join your holiday by prior arrangement, with an additional fee payable before arrival. While the property features a fully fenced backyard, some areas of the grounds may not be completely enclosed. We kindly ask guests to always supervise their pets and ensure they remain safely within the property boundaries, helping us maintain a positive relationship with our local community.
