Comfy Trailer between Sacramento & Lake Tahoe

Get away from it all (at an affordable price) in this comfortable 30 foot long travel trailer in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. The Aspenlite is situated on our 5 acre wooded property surrounded by lots of nature and wildlife. Very serene and dark at night.

The neighborhood is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of a big city. You may come here for a peaceful stop-along-the-way to another destination, such as Lake Tahoe or Reno Nevada. Or you may come here to relax in a peaceful setting and visit some of the local lakes, rivers and small town destinations in Gold Country.

This is a brand-new listing, and more descriptions will follow. Please rest assured, this is a clean and well-maintained trailer. You will be very cozy in the winter and cool in the summer with the central air.

This is a very roomy trailer so we will accommodate two adults. We do charge for all guests after one.
During your stay at Comfy Trailer between Sacramento & Lake Tahoe, you'll be close to Codfish Creek Trail. A hot tub is available.

Nature all around

Love the comfort of indoors, while experiencing nature almost first hand. Lovely neighborhood to walk in. Cooking facilities are good. Hosts are welcoming and responsive. I plan to stay with them in the future.

Nicest Trailer I’ve Ever Stayed In

I have a wonderful two-night solo stay in the trailer. The trailer is comfortable (I stayed there when the heat got up to 106° and the AC kept me very comfortable) and in a great location (it felt like I was far away from hustle and bustle, but it’s less than 5 min from the freeway). Patty very kindly gave me a walk-thru of the trailer when I arrived, provided complimentary snacks and staples in the pantry & fridge, and left beautiful fresh flowers. I wish I could have stayed longer, and hope to stay again in the future.

Lovely wooded country area. Lovely hostess. Lux trailer with everything one needs. Highlight is the large windows , so that you are in comfort inside, while being surrounded by Nature’s beauty outside.
