Luxury holiday apartment on Lake Como with pool and lake view.
A perfect holiday destination for those seeking relaxation and peace with a fantastic view.
The apartment is nicely furnished, consisting of a living room with sofa, new Smart TV SAT 65" for German and Italian programs, free WiFi, kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, etc.
Double bedroom with new mattresses 180x200 (thickness 24 cm) and with private bathroom with shower, 2 twin bedrooms with new mattresses 100x200 (thickness 24 cm), bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, large covered balcony with garden furniture and with a beautiful view of the lake and can enjoy the sunset.
One covered parking space + 1 outdoor parking space.
Pool open from April to September available to our guests: Private swimming pool for children 20 mq (depth 60 cm) + for adults 60 mq (6x10), spacious garden, deck chairs, solar shower.
Please note: Non-smoking accommodation.
