This holiday villa is located on the edge of the Zeeuwse Colijnsplaat and the Nationaal Park De Oosterschelde. You can avail of general supplies at 600m away, and the town centre is located 1km away. _x000D_
There are many cycling and hiking trails by the beach, and it is an ideal spot for swimming, sports, and exercise. Take a day trip to the nearby towns of Zierikzee, Veere, Goes, Middelburg, and Vlissingen._x000D_

The park is being built in phases. This may mean that work can take place at the park. Naturally, any inconvenience is kept to a minimum. The holiday home is exclusively available for recreational purposes only.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 26 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
