We have several apartments of 1, 2 or 3 rooms, all fully equipped with all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay and at home,
The kitchen area includes a washing machine, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, juicer, sandwich maker, toaster, crockery and cutlery among other items. Bed linen and towels are also included, the bathroom has a hairdryer, magnifying mirror and toiletries. You can find around the supermarket area, bars, restaurants and shops. THE APARTMENT BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE A SWIMMING POOL OR JACUZZI, they are only available in the Rural House.

In addition to the mentioned apartments, we have a beautiful independent house, fully equipped, with capacity for 14 people, with private indoor pool and jacuzzi, solarium, games room with pin table, table football, pool table, darts and playground, on a plot of 1400 meters, includes a barbecue area. It is located in the same Collado Mediano, about 700 meters from the apartments, in an idyllic landscape, with beautiful views of the Sierra de Madrid. To know the conditions to rent this house, you should contact us directly, the minimum stay in the house is 2 nights weekends and 1 night during the week.
