Nice but some issues

Overall the hotel is nice and the room is comfortable and clean. However, there are two issues that make me reluctant to come back to this hotel: 1) This is a small matter: Rooms don't have hand soap at the sink. People have to go to the front desk to ask for small bottles of body wash to use as hand soap. But after a long travel, it's a bit annoying to get into your hotel room, and find that you have to go back to the front desk, wait for the staff to show up, to get hand soap, before you can use the bathroom. 2) This is the issue that make me reluctant to come back to this hotel. Terrible sound insulation. We can hear people talking in the corridor or loudly in their rooms. We turned in around 10pm but couldn't sleep until midnight. Similarly, anyone using the bathroom, just the flushing and water running in the faucet, are loud enough to wake up others in the room. Hotel need to consider improving the sound insulation if it wants to continue charging a decent price for its stay.

We stayed while we were visiting University of Maryland, which was walkable. The room was great - modern, nice amenities, comfortable beds/linens. Parking was very convenient and we were able to keep our car there past check-out time. The only negatives were the restaurant being closed and there was a small amount of traffic noise during the night.

Wonderful property.

This is a great property. We had no maid service during our stay including replacing coffee or towels. That seems to have become the standard as the same happened at the Crowne hotel a few nights ago.
