It was probably the worst 3 nights I’ve ever spent in a hotel. Between broken toilets, loud noises and dirty rooms I don’t know what else to stay except Stay as far away as possible

The hotel was nice but it has a lot of things wrong with it. There is only one elevator that works and there six level. The showers are difficult to use. We had to call the front desk for help to turn the shower on. The doors in the stairwell are hard to open as well. We had to put our whole body weight to open those doors which is not good in an emergency. But other than that the staff was very helpful and the property was clean.

The room i was staying in had no cold water . I reached out to the front deak and i was told someone will check it out and nothing happened. The room was smells lile smoke even though it was a non smoke room.

As quickly as we got there, we left. My partner and i planned to stay there for his birthday weekend. It started going left when we got a phone call while we were on our way stating the king bed room we reserved days in advance has been sold and we could only do a double queen room. When we checked in, it was very run down and overall not clean. The bathroom in our room had paint/mold on the ceiling, smelled so bad. The shower was disgusting. Definitely not where you would stay for a relaxing weekend or getaway. It’s giving motel 6 and even that next door might have been better.

Rooms were okay. Had a weird stench/smell that wouldn’t go away. Outside area was pretty littered with trash and a rat crawled into the engine of my car. Other than that, staff was nice

We booked two rooms. All hideous bathrooms. Infested with bugs and rodents. All our food had holes in it. We heard rodents physically in the room at night. Once you turn shower on all bugs come out of drain. When I tell you it was disgusting it was gagging. WE COMPLAINED. and we are still waiting on compensation. We do not recommend this hotel at all unless u want to sleep with bugs and rodents. Smells horrible.

This was what was expected for the price. They only had 1 elevator working and it was slow. There is space opening under the door so you can people in the hallway or from other rooms. The beds were really high so it was as you had to jump up there. The pillows started off as fluffy but then go flat so neck would hurt. The shower curtain length was too short, not sure why it was designed the way it was. While those are negatives, I expected that for the rate I paid. The staff were friendly, enjoyed the breakfast, love the bathroom mirror and counter space. The gas station and food places are walkable. The Metro train is near so you take a uber, bus or walk if you up for it.
