Was visiting for a college graduation to be held at the Convention center. The location was perfect. Also, very close to airport but extremely quiet.

The main reason we chose this hotel was for the proximity to the airport and the fact they offer an airport shuttle. I was informed after check in that there isn’t a shuttle, but we can walk a quarter mile to the skytram. My daughter is in a cast which made getting her and the luggage up the hill next to impossible. We ended up having to Uber instead. That was a $50 unexpected fee.

We stayed in room 333. There was a noise in the wall behind the headboard the entire stay. We got no sleep. I told the morning desk staff and they seemed unpaused.

My overall rating would have been 5 stars; however, I think it’s nothing but greed on Hilton’s behalf when you make a paying customer pay $34.99 for parking. I pay to stay at your facility, I should be able to park for free.

Nice hotel. Clean, good Workout Area. Have to pay $34 for parking. Can’t park your own car. Had to pay and then wait 15 min when we wanted our car. Inconvenient and unnecessary
