The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. But, the best part about this hotel was the staff! They were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed walking in and out of the hotel because someone was there to welcome me with a smile each time. I was attending a conference at the conference center across the street, so it was very convenient to just be able to walk over. Thanks for a great stay!

Clean and comfortable one night stay before catching a flight. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. 3 minute walk to the sky train that takes you to the terminal. Attached restaurant had good food and drinks. Would stay here again.

The staff was extremely rude to me. I hate to make it about race, but when everyone else in the lobby was treated kindly expect for myself being a young white female, I felt very targeted. I was given attitude, eye rolls, and pushed to the side when asking for a water (which is supposed to be provided for free during my stay). The hotel was also very hard to access. I arrived at a gate and pressed the call button, the staff was also very rude in saying “go around” and hung up without giving any proper directions. I called back and they then raised their voice at me in annoyance for me being confused. I will never stay here again nor do I recommend it to anyone else. Spend the extra money and stay at the hilton next door.

Excellent Stay Great Staff and Clean Rooms

I stayed at the Tru by Hilton in Atlanta and was really impressed. The valet parking team was extremely helpful, and the hotel staff overall was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was fresh and on point, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, and everything felt well-kept. Even though the hotel is right by the airport, we didn’t have any issues with airplane noise. It was quiet and comfortable, which made the stay even better. I would definitely stay at this Tru by Hilton again in the future.

The hotel was fine for a one night stay because of flights. It was very hard to find however as it was dark when I arrived and there was NO signage to direct me. In the airport were signs for many hotels near but NONE listing this property. In addition, after exiting the sky train it was not signed and I had to drag my luggage down the street on cracked broken sidewalks to locate the hotel!
