Overall it was good. The room was clean, the room looked updated and was nice. Bed was nice to sleep in. Getting into room, found the AC was turned off and was 84 degrees in the room so it was stuffy in the room. Took a long time to get temperature down. Not sure if previous occupant turned AC off or someone from the facility. Also, I know this is a smoke free facility, but the room smelled of smoke when entering. Not sure if this was from someone outside smoking nearby recently. But it was pretty bad for a few hours.

Not bad if stay is for overnight

Not bad motel for the price paid. Pro - Near A&M, OK to stay for night & get ready for next day. Staff was accomodative & ready to help. Con - No sound proof wall, can hear neigbour even during day time. Also, when someone closes their room door, we can feel it. Breakfast is NOT good. No hot breakfast. Room has small bug (not bed bugs). Due to tile in bathroom, it was slippery. Carpet and sofa needs cleaning/wash.

Check was quick, room was clean, restrooms clean, refrigerator worked, AC worked, TV remote needs batteries, Continental breakfast was simple, ice machine working, washer out of service, parking not bad, not far from College Station and check out was easy. Warning: be careful in the shower, it's very slippery and nowhere to place soap/shampoo.
