Location was great. Room size was good and the bed was very comfortable. Bare minimum for towels were provided. Breakfast had good options but the eggs and sausage were lukewarm. Would stay here again.

Tv remote not working

The remote was not controlling the tv. They need new remotes and need to place the box on the counter near the tv for the signal to be accessed. They had the box behind the dresser. They need new, more powerful remotes.

The people were nice but the room was less than satisfactory. The air conditioner was loud and didn’t take the moisture out of the room so the room was muggy feeling. The hair dryer was broken…you could plug it in and it ran at one speed, low, but the button was broken so you had one speed and had to plug and unplug to use. I grabbed the shampoo bottle when I got into the shower and it was 3/4 empty. So not a new bottle. The bed was hard and the pillows were very small. The ice machine on our floor was out of order and no vending machines on our floor. Breakfast was ready as we left, but choices were not what we were expecting.
