I was not able to stay there as the room was infested with roaches! It was a terrible experience and very inconvenient as I had to wait for the support team to return my money and book elsewhere.. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, I don’t understand how this place is operating this way..

We lost electricity for hours and nothing was said. No im working on this no im sorry for the inconvenience no offer of discount. They acted as if nothing happened. When we went for breakfast and went back to our room our key was not working. They dont have an ice machine and the qindow screen was tore are partially missing.

Breakfast was the basic a couple different kinds of cereal some breads to put in a toaster they had a Texas shaped waffle maker and scrambled eggs sausage patties and sausage links and some pretty good biscuits. Normal basic stuff what I was impressed with is the waffle maker area they kept pretty spotless and that's hard to do with those machines
