This home is newly remodeled and ready to help you feel right at home! Each bedroom was carefully curated for your comfort, featuring memory foam mattresses and large closets for your belongings. The bunk beds ensure everyone will have their own space here at the cottage! The spacious living room is a perfect spot to play one of the many board games provided and the kitchen is fully stocked so you can whip up your favorite game day snacks!

We provide essential toiletries: towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, body wash. As well as kitchen essentials: coffee, salt & pepper, condiments, cooking spray, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and trash can liners.

*ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival.

*PARKING:
There is a driveway for up to 2 cars to park. Additional street parking available if needed.

*THE DRIVE:
Super simple, flat and safe road to get to the house!

*INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.
You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV

*BEDROOMS:
There are 2 bedrooms, featuring one queen bed, twin bunk beds, and a lounge hammock. The living room has two comfortable couches. Total accommodations can sleep 6 guests.

*KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil

*PET FRIENDLY:
This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional, non-refundable charge of $25 per pet. This helps ensure I can properly clean the home for future guests who may have allergies. Please disclose if you will be bringing your furry friends with you. Once you book I will request the additional pet fee from you. If I discover that there is an undisclosed pet in the home, you will be charged an additional fee.

This apartment offers its guests a hot tub and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
