Front desk associates were wonderful very helpful and courteous, room was very nice. Room service could have just swept the room a little better, also they could keep their laundry washers and dryers clean and not let people with dogs wash there cause washers and dryers where full of dog hair. This property has changed ownership since I last stayed at this property. The hotel has gone downhill since then. Everything feels extremely cheap; the paint colors are gaudy, the light fixtures are cheap, couch material is scratchy, there’s no longer carpet in the hotel room. Very disappointed and I will not be staying here any longer.

We had to stay an extended time because our home had a water leak issue and was under reconstruction. This hotel made the bad situation great as all the staff were fantastic in supporting us to be comfortable and feel like we were in a home away from home!!! WE LOVED the accommodations as well.
