Everything was great. I was pleasantly pleased and surprised with this Hyatt. The staff, even the maintenance men were very nice and treated us with respect. The breakfast was great and fresh. I honestly cannot think of a single thing to complain about with this Motel which is very unusual for me because I always find something to wine about. LOL

At first glance, this was a nice, clean hotel. Christopher, who worked at the front desk, was SO NICE and an absolute JOY to interact with!! He was so helpful during my stay. He went above and beyond! My biggest complaint— BUGS. I found at least one bug in my room everyday. Spiders and Roaches!!! That’s unacceptable. The room felt a bit stuffy and humid. There’s no working fan in the bathroom. As much as I enjoyed sitting on the patio at night and my pleasant interactions with Christopher— I don’t plan on returning to this hotel.
