I booked a room for two nights. Shortly into the first night, I saw something crawling on the bed. I turned on the light and saw that it was a cockroach. Then looked around and found several more. I called the front desk told them that my room was infested with cockroaches and then I was going to be leaving the filthy hotel and wanted the second night refunded. I was told that I needed to contact orbit since that’s where it was booked. Orbitz customer service did everything they could but the management of the hotel refused to refund the second night. Completely disgusting location and horrible customer service avoid this place at all costs.

Pay for what you get. This is a budget hotel. Pillows are non existing and yhe bed is horrible. Not staying here again. Sketchy folks coming and going. Not a family spot at all.

The rooms were dirty and they kept changing the key on us so we had to go get it rekeyed 3 times…room was supposed to be a double which it was but the beds were just smashed into a single room. Not clean at all! Toilet had pubic hair from the last ppl on it

Do not stay here

This is one of the worst places I’ve stayed. The clerk was fine. The TV didn’t work. The water is not hot. The shower wouldn’t engage despite repeated attempts. How does housekeeping clean without using the shower??? The room was tiny and cramped. The hotel is beside a car wash so you hear that. Traffic noise is not bad. However at 8:30am, the guy started using the leaf blower. So, uncomfortable, no tv, no shower, no hot water. And the check out clerk said “oh” when I reported this all this morning.
