Location felt unsafe. Room smelled of weed and the motel was under construction. Nothing of what the picture depicts. We were there less than 30 mins before checking out and finding somewhere else to stay.

First off ignore the negative reviews of what people say, it is a budget motel so it is going to not be what people think is a five-star Hilton but for the price it is pretty good and Sonny and his employees go above and beyond for their guests I feel safer at this place than I do it any other motel. Also the rates are some of the cheapest around town and it is a very convenient location and close to a lot of restaurants, retailers, gas stations in parks.

I didnt think the AC really worked...felt damp not cool. It was under construction and smelled funny. Only decent price on an Aggie game weekend...so ok in a pinch.

Their TV was out but we were not told at check in. Neighbors were fighting loudly and walls were paper thin it was a sleepless stay. We had to ask for our towels because of renovation some rooms were missing amenities.

Your photos on Expedia about the place is incorrect and deceiving. The place was still under renovation and construction. It does not look like the photos. This place was not worth $350. Either the owner lied to you or you did not do your homework.

The office was boarded up. It was advertised as a smoke free room but it smelled like it was a full smoking room. It advertised a TV and it did not have that. Paid almost $400 for the room and they did not refund my money even though the room was not as advertised. Awful

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Parking wasn’t the best, but manageable. The building itself is older and looks a bit rough, but for the price it turned out to be a good value. I didn’t encounter any bugs or rodents, and the environment was quiet with no issues related to theft, vandalism, or safety. An added bonus is the Denny’s right next door, which was very convenient.

Everything was absolutely spotless and beautiful and clean the only bad thing that I experience was the mattress had a huge dip in it but I slept very little but I slept on the side of that, but everything else was absolutely perfect and clean and sparkling and welcoming, and my stay really was a good one

The shower was awful, sprayed all over. The tv didn’t work the 2nd night. We had to go get a new card because ours wouldn’t work the 2nd day. We had 4 people and only 2 towels. There were people making noise all hours of the night. Definitely should be cheaper nightly for those conditions.

When we got there, the restroom in the room we were assigned had urine in the toilet and on the floor. Moved to another room and the tv didn’t work. The office was in a room because the entrance was closed.
