The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Parking wasn’t the best, but manageable. The building itself is older and looks a bit rough, but for the price it turned out to be a good value. I didn’t encounter any bugs or rodents, and the environment was quiet with no issues related to theft, vandalism, or safety. An added bonus is the Denny’s right next door, which was very convenient.

Everything was absolutely spotless and beautiful and clean the only bad thing that I experience was the mattress had a huge dip in it but I slept very little but I slept on the side of that, but everything else was absolutely perfect and clean and sparkling and welcoming, and my stay really was a good one

The shower was awful, sprayed all over. The tv didn’t work the 2nd night. We had to go get a new card because ours wouldn’t work the 2nd day. We had 4 people and only 2 towels. There were people making noise all hours of the night. Definitely should be cheaper nightly for those conditions.

When we got there, the restroom in the room we were assigned had urine in the toilet and on the floor. Moved to another room and the tv didn’t work. The office was in a room because the entrance was closed.

The room was dirty with unknown smears on various walls. The TV did not work. The coffee maker did not work. The bathroom items were only half filled and had hair on them. The toilet paper did not have anywhere to hang it. It was a room worth $50 that cost $220. Utterly ridiculous.

It was clean, but the bathroom was small and the tv didn’t work. The concrete on the sidewalk had big holes in it, and no continental breakfast. On the plus side, we were able to book it for a single night on a football weekend, it had a coffeemaker, microwave, and fridge. The beds were comfortable, the heating/air conditioner worked well, the walls were soundproof, and there was plenty of hot water. I’m sure when the renovation is complete, it will be very nice.

We got in late Friday night around 2am. The room we were given was atrocious. We had to spent the night because at that hour we had no other option. We had to get up early this morning for a full day, so luckily we were only there less than 6 hours. The room is terrible. It smells like mold and mildew. The floor/carpet felt wet & sticky. It looks like there has been water damage everywhere in the room. The bed had stains on it. There was no hot water in the shower and the TV didn't work. The hotel itself looks like it should be condemned. We woke up with headaches Sat morning, because the smell is so strong and did not dissipate. We could not stay there another night. It seems unsafe and hazardous. We had to cut out trip short and drive back home Sat. When we arrive, we actually thought the hotel had gone out of business. That's how terrible it looked. The booking did not show accurate pictures of the condition of the hotel.

The hotel is undergoing renovations so maybe it will be better in the near future. Didn’t get room cleaning the whole time we were there. The place looks worn down and out dated. We went for a game and it’s close enough to campus that we walked to the game and back ( not close but walkable) . The staff in front desk was accommodating with what we requested and they were very nice with receiving packages. Smell of weed outside . Pillows were terrible! In conclusion Location is nice but the place is in need of a revamp.

Yes, the area was well kept and nice when first walked in. Good clean smell to the room, appliances was clean and ready for use. Close to everything and the breakfast is emgood and early, a good selection. Good place.

Negative: Sadly, RUDE office-men. Dirty. Room needs a thorough overhaul. Coffeemaker was dirty. Sink was clogged. The shower curtain sticks to you, while bathing. Bring your own pillows! Bring your own extra towels! Towels are disgusting. Stains. Stains. Stains. Ask them to clean your Room, if you'll be out for the day. They don't come clean or replenish anything! Positive: Decent beds. Shower head decent. Hot water holds. PSA: They did not alert us that we would have no access to Internet/TV. We don't do all-the-hype apps for shows. They had had a fire a week before we booked. We would have gone somewhere else, if that information had been available to us.
