Welcome to our newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit in College Station, TX! This stylish space features new furniture and a fresh, modern design. Relax in the spacious living area, prepare meals in the fully equipped open concept kitchen, and enjoy cozy bedrooms with ample storage. Conveniently located near local attractions, dining, entertainment, and TAMU's campus this condo is the perfect retreat for your College Station visit!

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. The unit is located on the bottom floor of a 4 plex. The backyard and front yard are common areas and shared with the rest of the building. Guests are alotted 2 parking spots per unit.

I will be available to guests should you need anything. My phone number will be listed in the unit along with a local nonemergency contact number. Please let us know if you need anything during your stay and we will do our best to accomodate.

Perfect place

The place was perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately the upstairs guests were a little annoying stomping around, but overall it was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Would definitely stay here again
