The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Leave dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom. -DO NOT make the bed if it has been slept in. -Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and start the dishwasher. -Remove all personal items.
-Clean filter/coffee grounds/K-Cups from coffee makers. Remove water from Keurig. -Remove all food you brought from the refrigerator and pantry. -Place trash in the gray bins on far side of garage.
-Set thermostat: -85 F Cool setting March - October. -62 F Heat setting November - February. -Turn off all lights, fans, lock doors, and close window shutters. Verify deadbolt locks on exit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
