The way the AC system works led to room being too cold cause it was cooling when temp was like 55. Other than that it was great. Mattress was very comfortable.

Mostly clean. I had a dirty fork i found and a dirty cup. No big deal. Staff is so friendly. I love the courtyard. Comfortable and quiet. Great location. Wine in the evenings. The couch sofas are horroble however. But we never used it. But we would have if it was good.

First, the front desk evening check in person is one of the nicest people I have met. She is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help. My biggest complaint is the (over) use of the lavender Fabuloso cleaner. The smell will hit you hard and stay with you, even more so in what they like to call a "gym". If you want to work out, this hotel is not the place to do so. Other than those two things, which could be changed easily if they wanted, I love the uniqueness of the hotel.
