Upon arrival, grounds and hotel were very well maintained, staff were very welcoming and provided directions as I wasn’t familiar with the area. Rooms were exceptionally clean and most welcoming. Had a great stay and will stay at a Candlewood again.

There is work being done right beside the property. They use major machinery which starts work around 830 am daily and doesn't finish till 4 pm. The constant banging is a real problem. When problem was brought up to staff they apologized and said to email manager Alex for a discount. No reply ever came. Very disappointing.

It was a great location for going between blue mountain and Wasaga. Rooms were nice and we'll stocked kitchen. Concerns were about cleanliness. There was a liquid spill on the bathroom wall when we arrived and the bathroom floor was not very clean. No pool or gym.
