The bed was so wore out that it squeaks, and when you’re in the middle of the bed, you felt like you’re sunk in and the pillows wasn’t soft and comfortable either. The breakfast was not good at all cuz there’s no hot foods like scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacons. The walk in shower was not available for our stay, which really sucks. And there’s no password for WiFi, which was very unusual. The lights were pretty cool though.

The actual facility was fine. Check in protracted because their system had no notice of our reservation. It was eventually resolved and honoured but not the best service. I received a heads up about some fire alarm testing going on a couple of weeks after we are gone but no notice that the pool and hot tub (a feature I was looking for when booking) are and have been closed for a bit. First world problems but a chance to review and improve. Thanks.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The night before my trip, I received a message saying the pool was out of service. At that point, I had no time to cancel and book another hotel. When I arrived with my family, tired from traveling, the staff simply said, “You can cancel if you want,” but offered no discount or alternative solution. This was not fair or professional, and I did not enjoy
