I stayed here while I was in town for work and found it to be clean and comfortable. Service was efficient and friendly. Seamless checkin and checkout process. Didn’t check out the pool, but my room was clean and stocked when I arrived so no complaints. Would recommend.

Really liked the room and the staff were excellent. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. However our only disappointment was the continental breakfast included with the room. I understand it is a continental breakfast but there were very few choices and when we decided to settle for cereal it was stale. We decided to go elsewhere for breakfast.

We overall had a really good stay. Lots of variety for shopping and dining in the area. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating allowing us extra space for recording my husband's radio show as well as good service. We would have enjoyed our visit even more if the hot tub jets were working, looked quite dirty. A fitness room would've also made a great addition. Other than the minorities, we had a great stay.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I needed to pick up a few things and it was right across the parking lot. We had a wonderful time.

Nice hotel for a stay in Collingwood

I don't believe any hotels in Collingwood can be considered cheap, but I think this was the best option for a short stay in the area.

We stayed 3 nights. Hotel very handy to shopping and restaurants. A lot are walking distance. Good selection of restaurants to choose from. The beds are comfy, the rooms are nice, and decent size. The continental breakfast was better than most that I have seen. Staff very friendly. Definitely would stay here again. The pool is small and could see it being packed during the busy time and unenjoyable. Temp of pool was perfect.
