When I checked in, the host was also on the phone; I couldn't tell when he was talking to me or the person on the phone. I recommend communicating with one person at a time. My room needed a couple of towels, but I checked in at 3, which is the earliest check in starts, so housekeeping was still catching up with the laundry. The AC/ heating unit worked well and was relatively quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was clean and worked well. The sink needs a new faucet or something to keep the water from spraying. The shower head had mold growing in it, which was unpleasant. I cleaned it the best I could, but that should not happen. It takes days or weeks for mold to accumulate on something like that. I don't know how no one caught that. There was also mold at the bottom of the shower that should have also been cleaned. Finally, there was a large mold spot in the ceiling that's almost the size of a tennis ball. I did not use the coffee maker, because I assumed it would be disgusting sobe the shower seemed neglected. I also avoided breakfast for the same reason. The breakfast area looked welcoming and appeared to have plenty of space. I'm not sure I'll give this property another try when I'm in the area again, even though I like the location.

Shower has some long strands of hair and it was n t mine as I have a buzzcut. People in hallway talking loudly but hitel cant control every guest who speaks loudly. For a one n ight stay it worked out. Id probably choose a different place next time i am driving through

Room was neglected after asking for room service everyday. When asked for my toilet paper or towel we were told they didn’t have any. Breakfast was horrible they had hardly anything. Our room key didn’t work 95% of the time. The staff was rude. They would let anyone into your room no questions asked.

We had handicap parking. It was great. The room was good. Clerk who checked us in , did an awesome job in finding us a room with a walk in shower.

1st room was heavily smoked in even though we requested a non smoking room. We were able to switch rooms. The 2nd room was dirty, stains on the carpet, burned/stained/ripped furniture, bathroom had mold in the corners of shower & dirt and hair on the bathroom floor. The worst part was when we found LIVE bed bugs on the bed. We were in the room less than 30 min, but our children were completely bit up by the bed bugs. The hotel staff did not take us seriously, the management on the phone did not want to refund us our money but the desk agent convinced him that there really were bed bugs (she went with me and took pictures). They did refund our money but refused any help with figuring out how to sanitize and clean our luggage, clothing, and blankets etc. The manager told the desk agent that they would not be helping in any way with any of the cleaning or damages. When we spoke to Baymont corporate they were less then helpful. The woman we spoke with on the phone said they opened a complaint case and refused to speak with us further and got a terrible attitude with us. All around terrible experience. We ended up spending a lot of money to find a different hotel, many hours of cleaning, money spent on cleaning supplies, and my children were scared to go to a different hotel.

When we checked in everything went well with friendly staff but we quickly realized the overall situation at this facility ! The entrance mats were filthy, the side parking lots were not well lit and the side door was broken and propped open all the time so very poor security! The breakfast healthy selection was very limited! We have lost all confidence in the Wyndham hotels.
