First room couldn’t get door open - switched to another room - door opened no problem. Got dressed and left to attend wedding - returned only to be unable to get into our room - card didn’t work. Back to front desk - cards remade and then was able to get into room. Staff was very friendly and helpful just slight frustration with rooms.

The next room’s inhabitants were kicked out by the police at 3am due to all their noise and behavior. It was a very long night. I understand the staff can’t control who enters their hotel, but I think they could be smarter about where they put people. The hotel appeared pretty much empty, yet I somehow got put next door to these door slamming, profanity shouting idiots. No sleep occurred from midnight to 4am…

I had a slow drain in my bathroom sink that was never fixed and I stayed there a week. Also too they got new TVs that are smart TVs, but you couldn’t connect to YouTube or Netflix. When I asked them about it, they didn’t know how to fix it. Housekeeping did not vacuum my room for four days and made the bed only once when I was there. Also, too, I had an empty conditioner dispenser in my bathroom. I notified them about that and they still never refilled it, until the following day

Room wasnt great and the breakfast was horrible for the price of the room. They also had people outside of the hotel by back entrance sleeping in there cars being very loud.
