The room smelt really bad. The smell stayed in my hair the next day. Hotels really need to be more attentive on how they smell. This is the second IHG hotel I stayed at where there was a bad smell. I thought the dishes were limited, until I found the rest in the dishwasher. Housing keeping should have removed them. When checking in there was no one at the front desk. There was a number to call for assistance but it didn't work. I had to wait for someone to show up. Not a great experience when you've had a long travel day.
