The hotel stunk, was nothing but weed smelling, hotel staff was rude, the weed was so bad we could not breath in our room. The room also had animal hair all over the couch. Bathroom felt gross. We cancelled 2 out of the 3 nights and left after one night. They offered to refund the 2 nights but then turned around and charged me again instead. It’s been a battle to get it refunded even now! My card still shows a double charge by this hotel! It’s been 5 days and still not correct.

I can’t say there was anything I liked! I stayed here, probably about six or seven years ago, and the place was in a lot better shape than it is now. The customer service was absolutely horrible, the photo showed a Jacuzzi in the room, which there was not, the rooms slept six people, there wasn’t enough towels, asked housekeeping for more towels they acted as though they didn’t wanna give us anymore. We needed blankets for the sofa beds, they were short on blankets, we reserved two suites. To sum it all up there were bed bugs, so I bought home a bunch of red marks on my body, so again it was absolutely horrible.

First room was 80 degrees. Ended up requesting to be moved rooms. Second room’s beds were the worst I’ve ever slept in. The toilet literally moved when you sat down (not the toilet lid.. the whole toilet) and when we showered, there was at least 4 inches of standing water in the shower. Thankful for the kind staff though! I had prepaid for two nights and after the first night did NOT want to stay again. I asked for a refund for the second night and the lady at the front desk granted my request (very thankful for that).

It was clean, they were able to accomodate 6 people. It was just an overnight stay to get some sleep. Quick check in, easy check out and fairly quiet.

Alright for one night

It was an ok stay. The only issues we had were the A/C unit in the rooms would only cool the room to 75 degrees and then it would kick off until the night time. Then it never kicked off and got the room down to 67 degrees. And the pool was cloudy with to much chlorine and there was hair floating around the water

The room was easy to reserve online. The online rate was better than the rate offered by the front desk. The A/C in our initial room did not work; therefore, we were given a new room. The receptionist didn't have a problem assigning us a new room. After settling into the room, we headed to the pool with the kids. The pool water appeared dirty and cloudy, and we decided not to let the kids swim. Instead, we visited the local recreation center so the kids could swim. I will not revisit this establishment. The breakfast was decent, however, we decided to do fast food instead.

Friendly staff. However, this hotel is in poor condition. Our room needed several repairs (cracked sink, cracked tile & grout in bathroom, flickering lights, poor lighting in the room, etc) The elevator & hallways smelled of weed/marijuana. Hot Breakfast items were cold.

Lady at front desk was nice. Room appeared to be clean until a kid dropped something and went to pick it up and we found empty alcohol bottles under the bed. Bathroom had mold in it and the paint and maybe some of wall was falling off in the shower. There was also no milk for the cereal. Cards were also deactivated before 830am. Thankfully my boyfriend was still in our room to let us back in after breakfast

We were very disappointed that the pool was closed for remodeling. That was one of the top three reasons we picked that hotel and we were never notified about the pool prior to arrival. My kids LOVE pool time and they were crushed that they couldn't go in. The room we stayed in needs an upgrade too. It's not worth the money we paid for especially when the pool was closed:(

I consider myself pretty easy going for the most part. The young lady that checked me in either has something against old people or work in general. I didn't get the amenities i requested but it was one night. Ill travel around this area next time.

Pretty sure all our card numbers were stolen, Christine for some reason had to type in all six of all card numbers and couldn’t show us that they were “declining”, working fine the entire time before hand and even the atm next to the next desk worked perfectly fine 👀, strange. There was a pinpad too that she didn’t seem to use, we could have inserted the card our selves. The room smelled and bathroom smelled and definitely wasn’t the cleanest (hair from other people and other animal fur). Definitely not worth the money ($105/night, worth more like $30), better off just continuing to drive and stopping at a gas station for a decent rest break.
