The room was very neglected. The ac fan would not stay on. There were stains on the sheets. To top it off there were bugs in the bathroom. We killed at least 4.

The room was not the cleanest. Carpet was dirty, no wifi, pool area was not well kept, breakfast was subpar, bathroom was in need of some care, and floor and bathtub scrubbed. Definitely will not be back to this hotel.

The staff was not friendly. The amenities was bare minimum. Maid did not replenish Shampoo or lotion when used nor make the bed. The breakfast bar was stocked well the food was not cooked great. Coffee to weak.

While the price of the hotel was lower, the quality was certainly lower too. No hot water in the shower, broken tiles in the bathroom, dirty carpets, etc.

The hotel really needs a face lift. Several areas could use a coat of paint, and the carpets are frayed and dirty. The breakfast buffet was very sparse, as was the snack selection in the lobby. The coffee tasted like mud, and they didn't have any regular creamer, just flavored. I wanted cereal one morning, and the milk carafe was empty. The attendant was nowhere to be found. The carpet in our room was never vacuumed, and had crumbs from when we ate in our room the first night of our stay. We will not be returning the next time that we travel there.
