First off it snowed the day before and the parking lot still hadn’t been plowed. Had ruts from tires and very dangerous. We tripped several times. Told the gal checking us in and she said it would be done before morning . It was not ! Room heat had been turned off when outside temp was negative numbers.sink in the bedroom was a terrible set up. Breakfast was very skimpy.
