Studio of approximately 28m2 on the 1st floor in a residence with swimming pool, tennis court and private outdoor parking space. Composed of an entrance, a living room with sofa bed for 2 people and a TV. A loggia facing SOUTH/WEST, a small independent kitchen equipped with a washing machine, an electric stove, an oven and a bathroom with WC.
WIFI connection is available within the residence's club house.
Swimming pool open following government and prefectural decisions
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)
