In a residence by the sea quiet, apartment completely renovated with sea view on the ground floor (-1), equipped for 2 people comprising: entrance, cabin room (bed 140 cm), living room with kitchenette (induction hob, combined microwave, refrigerator top with freezer, hood and washing machine) and sitting area TV with sofa bed overlooking a terrace with magnificent views of the sea, bathroom-toilet. Air conditioning in main room and private parking space in a covered garage.
Accomodation classified 3 stars.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and pick it up at the key handover
(double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towels kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: 15 € week
- Rental baby bed: 15 € week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who can, if they wish, make a household service request 72 hours before departure (rate communicated upon request)
