In a village street, located approximately 30m from the beach and shops, with a beautiful panoramic view of the port, charming apartment on the 2nd floor (approximately 45m2) of a typical house with private parking including a living room with 1 seater sofa and TV, a kitchen with washing machine, gas hob and microwave, two bedrooms with beds for 2 people and a bathroom with WC. For children, easy access to the beach, since there are no roads to cross.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).
