Apartment in a small residence on the ground floor with a direct sea view, suitable for 3-4 people. Completely refurbished in January 2010, it features a large terrace with garden furniture facing southeast and direct access to the beach (40m). The apartment is labeled with a holiday key (2 keys) and includes a bedroom with a large 140 cm bed, a separate tiled WC, and a tiled bathroom with a closed shower cabin. There is electric heating in all rooms and a beautiful living room with sea view. The living room has a 140 cm sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a granite countertop and all necessary accessories such as a fridge-freezer, pressure cooker, toaster, electric coffee maker, and microwave oven. The dining area features a granite table. Additional amenities include a flat-screen color TV, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. The large southeast-facing terrace offers sun from morning until mid-afternoon. The beach is 50 m away, the road is 200 m away, and there is a collective private garage with a reserved space. The historic town center is a 15-minute walk away, and a supermarket is 200 m away. Clean pets are allowed. Holiday checks are accepted.
