Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à Collioure. L’appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description, très propre, bien aménagé, très calme. La communication est très fluide avec les propriétaires. Très bien situé, la place de parking est un vrai plus ainsi que la climatisation. À préciser il se situe au 3e étage sans ascenseur. La seule remarque que je pourrais faire : une multiprise et une cloche pour le micro ondes seraient les bienvenues dans la cuisine. Encore merci pour cet excellent séjour.

Appartement tout confort

Appartement très bien situé, tres proche de la plage et des commerces, du marché, on fait tout à pied. Tres bien équipé également avec climatisation et une place de parking, bonne literie, lave-vaisselle, lave linge, rien ne manque. Idéal pour un couple.

Appartement bien situé, près de la plage mais aussi des autres villes comme Banyuls-sur-Mer, argeles sur mer …appartement cosy et bien équipé. Le seul petit bémol le balcon donne en plein sud du coup impossible d’y déjeuner ou dîner. Je recommande à 100%

Appartement agréable très lumineux avec une déco sympa. Super séjour à Collioure petite ville pittoresque avec un cœur de ville piéton où il fait bon flâner dans les ruelles commerçantes et sur le port. Nous avons adoré.

Une location très bien située

Location conforme à son descriptif. Environnement calme pendant notre période de séjour mi-juin (personne dans l’appartement adjacent et les résidences autour étaient peu occupées – la seule petite route dessert les riverains uniquement). Plage (et boulangerie artisanale) à 100 m. Compte tenu des fortes chaleurs, la climatisation était appréciable. Emplacement de parking proche très pratique. Les informations obtenues des propriétaires, à distance, sont suffisantes pour occuper les lieux.

Appartement avec balcon très bien placé sur Collioure au calme avec vue sur les collines

Excellent séjour de 2 semaines début sept-2021 dans cette location avec grand balcon, propre, très bien agencée situé au 3è et dernier étage d'un immeuble au calme avec vue imprenable sur les collines ( Moulin, Fort St Elme et tour Madeloc) et tout en bénéficiant de la proximité immédiate du centre de Collioure. Juste un peu ennuyé par un problème de fuite d'eau que nous avons finalement résolu par nous-mêmes. il est à préciser "pour les grands" que la chambre est en sous-pente... Nous recommandons cette location qui bénéficie aussi d'une place de parking indispensable sur Collioure.

Appartement bien équipé avec une jolie vue sur l'arrière pays

Appartement petit (convient parfaitement pour deux) mais très bien équipé. Attention à bien noter cependant qu'il n'y a pas d'accès internet. Le 3eme étage sans ascenseur ne peut pas convenir non plus à toutes les personnes. Par contre la climatisation est un vrai atout à Collioure l'été ainsi que le balcon qui offre une vue très agréable sur les collines. Enfin La place de parking réservée est précieuse dans un site touristique aussi fréquenté. Une location à retenir donc.

On s'y sent comme chez nous !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien localisé, à 2 pas des commerces(boulangerie, superette) et à 2 pas de la plage et des jeux pour enfants! (Un très bon restaurant à une centaine de mètres (l'Ambroisie) testé pour mon anniversaire, produits frais et cuisine maison! )Très jolie vue sur les petites montagnes. Il y a tout le nécessaire en équipement. Très bonne réactivité du propriétaire et très bonne gestion à l'arrivée avec un mail qui explique tout très bien dans les détails. Merci pour ce séjour!
