In the historic district of Mouret, 2 minutes from shops and beaches, our fisherman's house, completely renovated, awaits you with its south-facing terrace and its breathtaking view of the entire Collioure bay. The house is located in a quiet area on a pretty, flower-filled, typical street. From the terrace, you have a full view, from the famous bell tower of Collioure, to the Royal Castle, Fort Saint Elme and the Albères hills. Possible access to our garage.
The house is presented on 3 levels:
- Bedroom level, with dressing room, shower room and separate WC
- Living room level, with office area and separate WC (with washbasin)
- Kitchen level dining, with balcony and terrace of 10 M2, facing south, equipped with an electric blind (August 16, you will benefit from a unique location to fully enjoy the fireworks of the Saint Vincent celebrations) .
Circulation between the levels is done by a spiral staircase: therefore, we recommend reserving the rental to adults or families with children over 10 years old.
Completely renovated, the house is equipped with wifi, has reversible air conditioning in all rooms, and is fully equipped for your comfort:
- Kitchen with induction hob, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, and all the equipment for breakfast, including a Nespresso machine
- Living room with television
- Shower room with washing machine
We provide you with sheets and towels, as well as a kitchen background to help you start your stay.
We prefer weekly stays, from Saturday to Saturday: in the event of a specific request, do not hesitate to contact us.
You can deposit your luggage by car before going to park. Our garage is located 8 mins walk from the house.
If you come by train, the train station is 10 minutes away on foot.
