Outdated and misleading

Not sure why it’s rated as a 4-star hotel and has really good reviews. It was probably a great hotel 30 years ago but it’s old not really in a charming way and smells a bit musky. I thought I had filtered for hotels with AC and it turned out this hotel only had certain rooms with AC so book wisely. It was terrible when I had booked us there over the 38C heatwave thinking we’re getting a room with AC. Fortunately there was a fan and the windows can be opened wide. Reception staff is indeed very friendly and the location is close to the Hbf

great stay.

The room was very large and comfortable and had a hotplate, refrigerator and sink and large closet, large tv, full size bed, large windows with blackout shades,provided a large fan. Everything was great and 3 minutes from the main train station. Excellent stay and very friendly staff.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the train station and close to attractions. Staff are friendly. I was surprised how everything in the hotel was not updated. The rugs in the elevator and rooms were worn out and outdated, the curtains were very old and the elevator was small.
