Unsere Reservierung war nicht im System enthalten. Der Rezeptionist versuchte, die Situation zu klären, aber er entschuldigte sich nur bei seinem Chef, weil er ihn angerufen hatte, anstatt uns helfen zu wollen. Dann sagte der Chef, dass unsere Reservierung storniert worden sei. Aber niemand hat es uns gesagt. Anstatt uns zu helfen, wuschen sie sich die Hände. Und das alles um Mitternacht.

+ Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. -Die Heizung hat nicht richtig funktioniert und wir hatten sehr kalt. Der Receptionist (Nachtschicht) war auch nicht so daran interessiert das Problem zu lösen und die Beschwerde wurde somit ignoriert. -Sobald man duschen geht, steht das ganze Badezimmer/Toilette unter Wasser da es keine Duschtüre oder Vorhang gibt. Man muss den Boden komplett aufwischen.
