Perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the station (which, in itself, is just a 15 minute train journey from the airport). One of the Christmas markets was also right outside the door and the cathedral (and another Christmas market) was a 1 minute walk away. Nice room and lovely bathroom. My only criticism of the room is that I found the bed and particularly the pillow a bit soft, but that’s just personal preference so not really a complaint! Good selection at breakfast and all very fresh. Pleasant, helpful staff. So overall, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and if I ever go back to Cologne, I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay. Breakfast good section. Clean room :) Just beware of the airport taxi they book - it was an expensive service - almost 10 Euros more than the one that took me their for the same journey & the cheaper one took longer.

Das Hotel ist von der Lage sehr zu empfehlen. Vom HB schnell zu erreichen und für alle Aktivitäten sehr gut gelegen. Das Zimmer: Hatte eine gute Grösse und war modern und sauber eingerichtet. Zwei drei kleine anmerkenden, Plastik Molton finde ich schlecht zum schlaffen da man doch sehr drauf schwitzt mit dem Plastik und ich habe verzweifelt eine Steckdose im Badezimmer gesucht was meiner Meinung zwingend dahin gehört. Sehr laut vom Geschehen auf der Strasse, auch mit geschlossenem Fenster, und wenn die Nachbarn die Türen nicht schlissen, sondern in das Schloss fallen lassen. Ich denke je höher desto weniger Geräusche von der Strasse. Empfang: Sehr freundlich und informativ 👍 Frühstück: Mehr geht nicht, alles vorhanden was man braucht👌 Wenn ich wieder komme sehr gerne in das gleiche Hotel, einfach ein paar Stockwerke höher das es ein wenig ruhiger zum schlaffen ist ☺
