They forgot to clean my room several times. No receptionist at this place. Reception is done by another hotel (5mn walking distance) and only operates from 2pm to 6pm. So if you need anything outside this time range, you will need to wait till the next day. They offered me a late checkout.

Ganz ganz schrecklich

Hallo Wir hatten letzte Nacht ein Aufenthalt gebucht. Es war mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotel was wir je erleben durften. Das ging garnicht, wir sind nachts um 1 Uhr nicht in unser Zimmer gekommen weil die Tür unten nicht auf ging. Dann wurde uns gesagt wir sollen bis 7 Uhr morgen warten bis jemand da ist oder ein anderes Hotel buchen auf unsere Kosten. Es war kein Wasser im Zimmer, keine Seife und die Heizung und der Fernseher ging auch nicht. Wir haben richtig gefroren, nachdem wir Stunden lang vor dem Hotel in der Kälte standen und nicht rein konnten. Ich möchte mein Geld wieder, wir sind sehr sehr enttäuscht.
