The Guest rooms very spacious and generous. However, at night (4-5am) very noisy because the hotel guest rooms are facing the street... Also, the wifi is not working properly and sometimes connection are very bad. Regarding the drinking water, which should be provided for a hotel of this class, I was told the water tap provides drinking water... which I think and i was told by my cologne friends is not good and clean to drink. In addition I was missing a box with paper tissues in the bathroom and bed room.

Good location and staff.

Good overall. The staff are very helpful and friendly. And a great location, only a few minutes from the Dom. I would definitely recommend the place, though there were two issues that might be helpful for anyone looking for information. Wi-Fi was limited to 1GB (I stayed three night), so working in-house was out of the question. Also, my toothpaste and soap were taken away (thrown out, most likely) by the cleaning crew. Remember to keep your things together.

Excellent apartment close to station and cathedral

This was a great apartment with a fantastic location very close to the station and cathedral - very handy for getting around. Reception staff really helpful. Spacious apartment. Lovely leafy area outside with a restaurant.

Super beliggenhed.

Stor lejlighed i rolige omgivelser 200 m fra Kølnerdom. Dejlig stor altan. Der kunne vi godt bo i en hel ferie næste gang. Kan ikke tænke os en bedre placering.

No air-conditioning! Outside it was over 30 degrees, inside probably more............ Impossible to keep the windows open at night because of excessive noise and flies - definitely not c omfortable in a hot summer! Was very difficult to get to sleep............ Water pressure in the shower was miserable, hardly any cold water which made it very difficult to adjust the water temperature - and had to move in close to the wall to get a decent spray - which meant several times in nudging the control and receiving even hotter water - impossible to take a cold water shower!!!! Otherwise, spacy apartment in good condition.

今回ケルンに4泊滞在予定だったため、キッチン付きで2つのスーツケースを目一杯広げられるだけの広い部屋を希望し選びました。 部屋は古い感じはしましたが、ツインベッドルームと広いリビングルームの2部屋が贅沢に使えキッチンには食器類や鍋類、大きな冷蔵庫など生活するに困らない最低限のものが完備されていますので調理や保存もでき便利です。 部屋に電子レンジがないのが残念でしたが、どこか別の階に設置されてるようでした。 また、共同のランドリールームがあり誰でも洗濯とアイロンができて大変助かりました。 こちらのホテルはご老人が住む高級マンションになっているようで、いつもご老人がお庭やレストランでゆっくりした時を過ごしていました。 人混みの駅から徒歩5分程度でしたが、ここでは時の流れが違って見え(⁉︎)落ち着くことができました。 最上階が警察だったようで常にパトカー2〜3台が建物の前に駐車してあって安心感もありました。 浴室は広いですが、大きな洗面台とトイレとシャワーカーテンのみがあるシャワースペースになっています。 wi-fiは共同エリアのみだったかと思います。 数日ケルンに滞在する時は使い勝手が良いこのホテルをまた利用したいと思います。

Отличные аппартаменты.Подойдут многим по параметра

Очень хорошие аппартаменты во вснех параметрах.Рекомендую семьям с детьми.Есть кухня,там готовили завтрак. Раз ходили на завтрак,который был неплох.Но дома сделали лучше. Отличный бассейн и тренажёры.Для меня был актуален велосипедный ,сидя. Много бабушек и дедушек,которые всегда улыбаются. Эти аппартаменты сдаёт дом престарелых.Но это не должно вас пугать,посетители отеля будут довольны.Очень рекомендую. Мы выбрали эти аппартаменты ,отказавшись от бронирования Holiday INN из за местоположения и ни разу не пожалели. Восторг полный
