Wohnung und Umgebung sind schön. ABER: der Vermieter ist ein Versager. Bei Ankunft war niemand da und keine Info, wie man in die Wohnung kommt. Nach längeren Telefonaten mit FeWO und dann Vermieter konnte der Schlüssel in einen Versteck aufgefunden werden. In der Wohnung fehlten alle Infos zu WLAN, Müll, TV Benutzung etc.. Man musste alles selbst herausfinden. Das defizitäre Verhalten des Vermieters steht in krassem Gegensatz zum Preis!Wohnung: JaVermieter: Nein Danke!
