The 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the kitchen revolve around the large and bright living room. The Villa is also an excellent base for visiting the beautiful Verona (18km) and the entire Lake Garda; in just 40-50 km you can easily reach Sirmione, Bardolino, Garda, Limone, Malcesine, Peschiera, Lazise. But there are also other wonderful cities of art nearby: Mantua 50 km, Vicenza 40 km, Venice 100 km. There are numerous cycle paths: over 1000 km of marked routes, allowing you to visit the surrounding area, characterized by rolling hills, dotted with vineyards and Mediterranean vegetation.
For golf enthusiasts, there are various courses nearby, where, thanks to the particular mild climate, influenced by Lake Garda, you can play all year round.
Even during the winter this is an area in which to spend a beautiful holiday, because in addition to the cities of art, in the surrounding area there are several spas (Terme di Giunone 4 km, Villa dei Cedri 45 km, Terme di Sirmione 50 km).
