A perfect Private 3 bed 2 bath apartment with AMAZING view over the Lake & POOL

We purchased the apartment new in 2019, it has been beautifully furnished for our guests to ensure a wonderful stay, with everything you need, the apartment has uninterrupted views of Lake Como and the surrounding areas. The apartment is arranged over two floors.

Having three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping six people with a large swimming pool with sunbathing terrace with loungers available for our guests. We also have 2 recliners which you can use on the top terrace.

The ground floor of the apartment offers a comfortable living space with fully equipped kitchen, and dining area, in which to relax after a long day and enjoy the sunset and uninterrupted views of the lake from our terrace. There is also a fully equipped bathroom on the ground floor and a bunkroom sleeping 2 people (fan cooled).

The first floor has two bedrooms, the master bedroom with king size bed being furnished to a very high standard with ample wardrobe space - and stunning views of the lake. The twin bedroom is again furnished to a very high standard and has views overlooking the pool. The upstairs bathroom offers a good size shower and is fully equipped for your stay.

The apartment boasts a large balcony off the living room with outside table and chairs with amazing views over the lake which constantly change with the seasons... each one being breath taking... you can loose hours out there and it will never cease to amaze you. You simply need to see it with you own eyes.

Our apartment is situated on the first floor & second floor with its own front door on first floor level through two secure gates; parking is available off-street and there is also a secure garage for parking your car, and our own private laundry facility.

The pool is shared with 4 other apartments; 2 are occupied by two lovely older Italian couples who stay at the weekends; 2 are owned by 2 English couples. The pool is very quiet and you have plenty of personal space. We have loungers for sunbathing available to you as our guests which are kept in the laundry facility - so only for your use.

THE LOCAL AREA:
With Argegno a 5 mins drive away you will find a huge number of excellent places to eat and drink all which we send you details of prior to your trip so you can make any necessary reservations!

Local boat services offer continuous trips back and forth around the lake, visiting places such as Bellagio or Lenno - wonderful days out.

With George Clooney's house about 10 minutes away and the Villa D'Este Hotel about 15 minutes away there is always something to do...

ABOUT US:
Nigel and I found the apartment because of our love of the area; and it is my little piece of heaven and a place to relax. The apartment enjoys tranquillity and peace with bustling areas on your doorstep with the most amazing restaurants.

It is truly a little corner of paradise...……... I love nothing more than coming down in the morning and enjoying a cup of tea while watching the lake.

We are very flexible hosts and will work with you to ensure you have an amazing break.

NOISE - to be respectful to other owners, we ask that the use of radios, music, televisions is limited before 8:00am and after 10:00pm at night
POOL - Open 1st June to 30th September - 8am-10pm. Please close the gate to prevent access by little people. Children under 10 must be with a parent.
