Welcome to Papi's Lake House — a privately owned, professionally managed lakefront retreat on the shores of Lake Colorado City in Colorado City, Texas. Your stay includes the full main level plus the game room — your own private space, with direct lake access and everything you need to unplug completely.

Wake up to coffee on the patio as the sun rises over the water. Spend the morning fishing from the shoreline — Lake Colorado City holds largemouth bass, channel catfish, and sunfish, and the rip-rap near the dam at first light is pure magic. Come in for a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen, then settle into a chair and watch the afternoon light shift across the lake.

As the sky turns orange at sunset, gather at the fire pit. Cold drinks, good company, a sky so big it reminds you what you came for.

THE PROPERTY: Two bedrooms sleep up to 8. Master bedroom: king bed plus a black leather futon. Second bedroom: twin bunk bed set, single twin, and a full-size bed. Open-plan living and dining flows onto a covered patio with unobstructed lake views. Game room: regulation pool table and foosball. High-speed WiFi and dedicated workspace, great for remote workers and extended stays.

OUTSIDE: Covered patio, outdoor seating, outdoor dining table and chairs, gas grill, fire pit, direct shoreline access. (No guaranteed dock or mooring on-site.)
